The main challenges of these communities are lack of infrastructure, employment opportunities and quality education. This is why our target is focused on these communities. Our team has analyzed the needs of rural areas in the state of Rajasthan in 2018.

The lack of job opportunities exacerbates the cycle of poverty, making it difficult for families to invest in their children's education. Limited access to quality education further perpetuates the problem, as individuals lack the necessary skills and qualifications to secure employment. Breaking this cycle requires addressing both unemployment and educational disparities to empower individuals & uplift communities in Rajasthan.

We currently support at least 200 students at our Sanjeevni Academy as of 2019. Our first target was the school’s physical transformation and refurbishment. Our second target is to provide teacher training and implement our holistic education model which is a work in progress.

Supporting a school means providing education opportunities for children while contributing to supporting the economical wellbeing of that community through employment. Our school employs about 10 teachers, principals, bus drivers, and other school personnel which will help eradicate the cycle of poverty.
