In this community and ones alike, electricity and water shuts off every day for at least 5 hours. These conditions are hindrance to children’s education. This is where we come in — raising funding for sustainable solar panels and installation.

This community has over 1,000 children, the majority with blind or visually impaired parents. They’re expected to independently educate themselves and provide for their families. We’re here to make education a priority to help prevent future generations from being negatively affected by this lifestyle.

We’ve created a 6 phase plan to enhance the infrastructure and build a reliable system that works for the students at Tosa. This includes building a library, computer lab, implementation of sports, and training teachers to create employment in the community.

Since Tosa School’s launch in 2022, 72 students have been enrolled. There has been noticeable progress even with the lack of resources. Our partnership with HSKit aids in increasing enrollment rates for the community by implementing our 6 phase partnership program.
